Shipvo lets you publish apps to real phones and lets AI agents operate them in a simulator. Both are powerful, so these rules are firm. They apply to the hosted services, the marketplace and anything you publish through them.
Do not
- Publish malware, spyware, ransomware, credential stealers or anything designed to harm a device or its owner.
- Imitate a person, company or product (look-alike apps, fake login or payment screens, fake reviews or endorsements), or mislead people about who runs an app.
- Use over-the-air updates to change an app's purpose after approval, hide functionality from store review, or bypass the rules of Apple, Google or any other platform you distribute through.
- Collect people's data without telling them, or collect data you do not need.
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or publish content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, or harasses people.
- Use the simulator or sandboxes to attack, scan or flood other systems, mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or run workloads unrelated to testing or demonstrating your app.
- Try to read other people's apps, keys or sessions, probe our infrastructure beyond what our Security page allows, or evade quotas by creating accounts or keys in bulk.
- Present simulator results as a real device test or a real transaction.
Marketplace listings
A listing must describe the app truthfully, use your own icon and screenshots, and not claim features, awards, verification or partnerships it does not have. Apps that let an agent spend real money must make that clear and keep the person in control. We may decline or remove any listing, especially misleading, unsafe or abandoned ones.
Agents
Agents opening apps through Shipvo must act as the keys they hold. Do not share a login key publicly or hand one to systems that act without the account owner's knowledge.
Enforcement
We may remove content, revoke keys, suspend apps or end accounts, with or without notice where there is risk of harm. We will explain when we can. Report abuse to hans@pipilot.dev.
